Raw material quality inspection

Polymethyl methacrylate, referred to as PMMA or resin, is an important chemical raw material, and its quality has a significant impact on the product.
Qianzunda strictly tests the viscosity, gel time, exothermic peak, solid content and appearance of PMMA, and ensures that the appearance of all PMMA is colorless, transparent, liquid, and free of impurities.
Qianzunda regularly tests aluminum powder materials to ensure that they are pure white in appearance and free of impurities. They are sieved through 150-mesh and 325-mesh sieves to ensure that the aluminum powder particles are ultra-fine and the gel time and moisture content meet standards.
